The Master Cadets are planning a Winter FTX for the unit.  It will be an overnight at the armoury on Friday night and a day at Hilton Falls on the Saturday.  Busing is provided to transport cadets from the armoury to Hilton Falls and back to the armoury.  Breakfast and lunch will be served on the Saturday.

All Cadets participating on ACEC weekends are to bring the following equipment: 

• Health Card
• Sleeping bag, pillow and a pad such as air mattress or foam-you will be sleeping on the floor
• Winter coat / cadet parka
• 3 x trousers or equivalent
• 3 x shirts or equivalent
• winter boots / hiking boots
• extra laces for boots
• thermal underwear (weather dependent)
• 3 x underwear
• 2 x wool socks
• PT gear (shorts, corps t-shirt, sweatpants, sweatshirt, running shoes)
• Corps hoodie
• Toque
• Scarf
• Snow pants (weather dependent)
• Gloves
• Belt
• Garbage bag
• Notebook and pen/pencil
• Water bottle
• Ablution kit (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, tooth paste, towel, face cloth)
• Backpack for the hike
• Flashlight
• snacks
