Aspire Informed Consent

Come join us for a fun night of rock climbing at Aspire Climbing Gym in Milton.  Parental drop off and pick up at Aspire.  Bring a full water bottle and wear the corps shirt.

Both forms must be submitted to Lt Routhier by 14 May in person or email your forms alison.routhier@cadets.gc.ca by 18 May. As we must submit final numbers, we CANNOT accept forms the night of the activity.

This activity replaces the regular training night at the armoury.
