Exciting Opportunities for Big Kids

The 676 can only offer its exciting and challenging program because of the work by its core of dedicated Officers and Staff. We can offer hardworking and motivated adults the opportunity to become part of an exciting and growing group in Georgetown. We can make use of your skills and energy. You can become heavily involved or contribute occasionally. There are opportunities to become Officers, Civilian Instructors, Civilian Volunteers and to participate in the Support Committee. Each position has its own challenges and rewards. Each position is certain to offer activities not likely found in the other areas of your life.

The 676 Public Affairs Officer would be happy to discuss what we are all about.

Volunteer Registration Package

The Army Cadet program is open to all young people between 12 and 18.  The 676 meets every Wednesday night September through June from 6:45-9:30 pm at the Georgetown Armoury 91 Todd Rd. We also offer numerous activites on weekends throughout the program year.  New Cadets and their parents are welcome to visit any Wednesday and see first hand what our program has to offer.  To become part of the 676, complete the forms package below and bring them in with your health card and birth certificate.  Blank forms are also available at the Armoury.

Remember there is no cost to join and uniforms are provided for free.  There is absolutely no requirement for cadets to join the Canadian forces.  Participation in Cadet events qualifies for Ontario high school community hours.
