Dress requirements are listed for each Cadet event.

This information is posted on the home page, in the calendar and in the training plan

            1. Civilian dress is regular street clothing (no jeans or pyjama pants). The issued Corps t-shirt                  and hoodie should also be worn

            2. PT gear is proper gym type clothing (Corps t-shirt & hoodie with shorts or track pants) and                 running or athletic type shoes.

Numbered Orders of Dress
Composition
Beret, tunic, short sleeve green cadet shirt, trousers/ slacks with belt, boots.
1.
Worn with medals on the jacket
2.
Worn with parachutist wings on the jacket
3.
Name tag may be worn on the jacket.
4.
Cadet CWO/MWOs may wear issued kilt.
5.
Cadet MWOs/W0s/Sgts wear a sash and tie.
6.
Guards, bands and other parade appointments may wear white ceremonial plastic webbing and white gloves.
7.
Gloves and the all-season jacket may be worn.

Composition
Beret, tunic, short sleeve green cadet shirt, trousers/ slacks with belt, boots.
1.
Undress ribbons must be worn.
2.
Shirt collar will be outside and over jacket collar.
3.
Cadet CWO/MWOs may wear issued kilt
4.
Cadet MWOs/WOs/Sgts wear a sash and tie
5.
Nametag will be worn.
6.
Guards, bands and other parade appointments may wear white ceremonial plastic webbing and white gloves.
7.
Gloves and the all-season jacket may be worn
Composition
C-2 duty dress less tunic.
1.
Rank slip-ons epaulettes shall be worn on the shirt.
2.
Undress ribbons shall be worn.
3.
Metal parachutist wings may be worn on the shirt.
4.
Cadet CWO/MWOs may wear issued kilt.
5.
Cadet MWOs/WOs/Sgts wear a sash and tie.
6.
Nametag will be worn.
7.
Undershirt, if worn, shall not be visible at the neck opening and at the sleeves and shall be white or a light colour.
Composition
1.
Cadets will wear rank slip-ons epaulettes on their tunic and coat.
2.
Head-dress. One of the following shall be worn:
 a. beret with one of the following
       i. the RCAC cap badge.
       ii. the cap brass of the Lorne Scots which is presented to second year            cadets
 b. tan wide-brimmed summer hat;
           c. toque, solid colour green or black.   
3.
Shirt. Wear the issued Corps t shirt applicable for your rank level or a plain olive drab short sleeve t shirt.
4.
Trousers. Solid green combat pants worn with boot blousers.
5.
Tunic. May either be worn under the four season coat or as the outer-garment in hot weather. The tunic may also be worn with sleeves extended or rolled, in accordance with local orders;
6.
Coat. Solid green combat type coat worn with or without the liner;
7.
Sweater, rifle green. Shall be worn under or in place of the tunic in cold weather,
8.
Name tape. Name tapes are sewn on the tunic and coat and can be ordered through the kit shop.
9.
Footwear. Black combat or police style boots blackened not polished.
Composition
C2 duty dress with the following changes
1.
A white collared dress shirt replaces the green cadet shirt.
2.
CWO/MWOs may wear the issued kilt
3.
Cadets will wear a black bow tie
4.
Undress ribbons and medals to be left off
5.
Name tag to be left off
6.
Beret to be left at home unless otherwise instructed
7.
Female cadets may wear a dress instead of the uniform.
